Q: Where do I get the updated loader from?

A: The loader auto-updates, you do not have to worry about manually downloading. You can get the loader from our discord.

Q: How does the spoofer work? Does it change my serials?

A: No. Our spoofer does not change your serials. It will prevent the anti-cheat from retrieving your serials. Of cource the spoofer will not intervene in any system relevant tasks.

Q: My loader says "updated loader". What do I have to do now?

A: The loader has been updated, click on exit and re-open the loader.

Q: Do I need a spoofer?

A: It is not necessary but it will reduce the chance of getting banned. Therefore it is recommended.

Q: Where do I create a Support Ticket?

A: In our discord there is a text channel called support. You can create tickets there to get additional help.

Q: How do I load safely?

A: Once you're logged into the client, click on spoof if u have one, then load. You can then start Warzone. Always spoof and load before starting warzone or Battlenet.

Q: How do I open the menu?

A: INS key. If you have a 60% keyboard, find out the keyboard shortcut for your specific keyboard. Most common ones are fn + j and fn + esc. If for some reason your Insert key does not work, use windows on-screen keyboard.

Q: What do I have to do to prevent my game from crashing when it is loading?

A: Ensure you are fully loaded into the main menu of the loader and have finished downloading before loading the software. Re-install your NVIDIA drivers as well. Scan and Repair is also recommended.

Q: Loader says “success” but the menu won’t show up in-game.

A: Ensure you are in a lobby, then press insert on your keyboard. If this still is unsuccessful, open a support ticket and we will be able to help further.
